Yennora Wool Store, Roof Lift
We provided the lifting jacks and ancilliary equipment to lift the roof at the Yennora Wool Stores and assisted with the detailed design of the lifting/ support structure.
The work was performed in 3 stages, comprising Stage 1 & 3 – 20,000 sq.m each and Stage 2- 33,000 sq.m.
We used a combination of 10T Jumpform Jacks and 6T Slipform jacks, configured to give the necessary lift for the roof structure that was lifted 4.5 metres. On Stage 1 & 3 we used 84 x 10T Jumpform Jacks and 44 x 6T Slipform Jacks and these amounts increased to 168 x 10T Jumpform Jacks for Stage 2.
Our equipment was on hire for approximately 14 weeks. The project was completed in 2003.
